Joe Bonaparte is one of the Transportation Planners at Cross County Connection TMA, where he advances sustainable transportation initiatives with a focus on electric vehicles, active transportation, and community-based mobility solutions. He joined the organization in January 2026.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from Purdue University and brings more than a decade of experience in clean energy and electric vehicle–related work. His background includes EV adoption efforts, grid-connected energy systems, and community-level sustainability projects. He has also played a leadership role in local transportation advocacy, including serving as Director of the Collingswood Bike Share, where he helped expand access to bicycles as practical, affordable transportation.
Outside of work, Joe is a musician, volunteer, and community advocate. He enjoys cycling, creative projects, live music, and spending time outdoors, often with his dog, Taffy. Joe is committed to helping communities move toward cleaner, more equitable transportation options and is excited to contribute his skills and perspective to Cross County Connection’s mission.
